Shipping

All shipments are handled by our trusted 3rd party logistics partner. Shipments will be delivered to the address entered in the checkout form. We reserve the right to increase shipping costs on our website without notice. We reserve the right to contact you should there be an issue with the calculations for your shipment and inform you of a new price. Should you not agree to this price, we will happily refund your order (prior to shipping it). We aim to deliver all packages within 7 days – subject to stock availability.

Convenient exchanges & returns for 30 days

For your convenience, Wrap it Packaging offers to exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days of invoice, free of charge. Please contact us on [email protected] to arrange a return

To return an unwanted item which is not defective, the product must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of the invoiced date
  • Undamaged and unused, (note: boxes may not be returned folded) and in saleable condition.
  • In the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition
  • Accompanied by a copy of the invoice

Once we have received your returned product and it has been checked by our Goods Receiving team, a full refund of the price paid will be made.

Please note:

Transport charges for returns (with the exception of faulty goods) are at the customer’s expense.

To return an unwanted item after 30 days of the invoiced date, a 20% handling charge will be levied.

Unwanted items for special events like Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Mother’s Day etc may not be returned after the event.

Items which may not be returned for a refund:

  •  
  • Inflated Balloons
  • Cut Ribbon

 

 

To Return a defective item, the product must be :

  • Returned within 1 month of the invoiced date
  • Accompanied by a copy of the invoice

Once we have received your defective product and our Goods Receiving team has confirmed that the product is faulty, a full refund of the price paid will be made.
